 Of course, I enjoy tossing the football and playing basketball with my kids.

When I'm not in the studio I enjoy connecting with our listeners at on location broadcasts and at weddings and parties that I frequently do throughout the year.

Here's a little about me!  I enjoy collecting Beatles and M*A*S*H memorabilia.  I enjoy camping, watching SU sports, NFL and MLB games. My favorite teams are the Bills and the Yankees. My favorite food is pasta with lots of sauce and meatballs. I love Cappuccino and iced coffee and Italian cookies. My favorite movie is The Godfather, my favorite classic TV shows are The Honey Mooners, M*A*S*H and The Soprano's.

It's the start of a new year and an opportunity to begin fresh with a clean slate. I find for me making resolutions is too much pressure. Instead I work on smaller areas to improve that are more realistic and give me a better chance for success. Whatever works best for you is the way to go.

The SU Orange Men's and Women's basketball teams are looking great so far which could result it a very fun March Madness coming up!

My truck driver friend the "Mad Doctor" gave me this winter driving tip...if it is raining and it freezes on the back side of your side view mirrors chances are it is freezing on the road ways. Slow down and drive with care on those severe weather days.
